I love the Nug. It has never failed to provide a great base camp for my Vegas adventures. If i'm hungry and need a low key meal I can always count on Carson Street Cafe.

The Rooms at PHO are very nice. For some reason I got put into a pseudo honeymoon suite. I had to go to the end of the hallway. Something that always happens to me no matter where i stay. Then go through a double set of doors into a foyer where there were too separate rooms. I call it pseudo honeymoon suite because the room was just a normal sized room other than the double doors and foyer. I think the other room might have been an actual honeymoon suite. All of the PHO rooms have some movie memorabilia in them. Mine had a huge wedding dress from some movie i have never seen. hence my reasoning on it being a honey moon suite. Bed was nice and comfy,TV worked,Toilet flushed, water pressure was good in the shower, the view was OK, south strip view. Casino- I hated the poker "area" It was too noisy and cramped. The players at my table were below average tourist. But i just couldn't get comfortable there. The rest of the casino was nice during the day. Playing classic rock and the like . But at night it turned into a giant disco. Blaring, and i mean Blaring the worst noise that today's one hit wonders could come up with. Autotune heaven. I couldn't stand it. And i am a metalhead to the bone. Walked over to the Bellagio so i could enjoy losing my money the VP machines . Eats- Loved Earl of Sandwich Planet Dalies was very good, even if it is a bit pricey for a modern day coffee shop. Spice Market Buffet is really good, So i hear. The line was always way to long for me. Cabo Wabo is a cool place to hang out and drink Margaritas. Other- Miracle Mile has lots of decent stores where normal people can shop. The parking garage is in the back . Long walk to the casino. Good place to celeb stalk. I saw Paris Hilton, for what it's worth.
