This is the most fun place on Earth. You can pretty much do whatever you want here and no one looks at you (too) strangely. I like to play blackjack for long sessions, Crown and Coke is my beverage of choice and basically just doing whatever my heart desires for three days in a row.

The buffet is very, very good and I personally liked the gaming when I played here in 2009. Also, they have Pampas, which is that Brazilian dining where you go up to a buffet to get your sides and salad and then they come around to your table to slice the meats right onto your plate. Got a coupon that made it like $13 for lunch. Ate there twice and it was delicious and an amazing deal. Gaming-wise, I have usually won here and I actually like the vibe of their casino. Have always wanted to stay here and now that it is part of Harrah's, I have been getting some really good offers. Hopefully their blackjack still pays 3:2 but I won't hold my breath now that Harrah's owns it.
I like gambling in Bill's first and foremost. Limits are a little high at times for what it is but I was a big fan of $1 bottles of Miller Chill back in October and I do want to stay here in the future because the location cannot be beat.
Haven't gambled a whole lot here but the Go Rooms are phenomenal in my opinion. I am staying in a Go Room for at least two nights (hopefully all four) in July 2011. The pool is not Mandalay Bay's but definitely in a strong second place and there really are Flamingos here. I played blackjack here once, maybe I lost $20. Not very memorable on that front.
This is the second place I ever stayed. It was so dead on the day after Thanksgiving that they upgraded me from a Garden Room (the bottom one) to the Paradise Tower (the best). Having said that, the room was nice but designed in the 70's and then never upgraded. The second time I stayed here, it was in the Island Tower. The room itself was ok but walking through a long tunnel being bombarded by people selling junk out of kiosks was annoying as shit. The gaming here is slightly above average to me, just people trying to have fun. Plenty of $5 blackjack tables, I noticed and the Comedy Shop was a good deal and very funny. Three good comedians and one drink for $20, a true steal in Vegas. The place is so tacky that it actually becomes cool. You can tell this place was pretty awesome in its day. Unfortunately, that day was in 1970. I really want to stay in the renovated rooms.
Haven't ever stayed here. The place is truly old school and I like it. People who love the flash of the strip probably won't. Any place with single-deck blackjack featuring a 3:2 payout automatically gets major thumbs up in my book.
Stayed here for two nights in July 2009. I upgraded to a North Tower room. It was spacious, clean and probably about 500 square feet. I like the sports book and, although it is just a big rectangle, the pool is big and has a deep end, which was cool. The gaming is unremarkable and not a huge fan of the dining option (except for the one time I ate at Bally's Steakhouse, which was very remarkable). But the hotel is attached to Paris, so I usually eat at the buffet over there once a trip.
Haven't had the pleasure of staying here. I have met some of the most awesome people while gambling here and if you can beat $1 bottles of Michelob in Las Vegas, tell me where. The place is dumpy but I love the fact that this is next to the swanky Venetian, showing that you can't always pick your neighbors.
I stayed here for one night in a classic room. It was functional for sleeping and using the restroom. It wasn't dirty, just kind of bare. Personally, I like the gaming here. The Dealertainers make for a good time and it's some of the cheapest games you'll find this end of the strip. Am staying here again in Feb. 2011. I'm sure it is for a reason but on my birthday weekend, rooms were $35 a night and I got a night free through Total Rewards, so it's like $78 for three nights on the strip when the next closest I could find was Sahara or Bill's for like around $150 for Sahara and $200 for Bill's.
My first trip ever was spent here for three nights. The rooms are really nice but I didn't understand all the fuss. The buffet is delicious in my opinion but it's $20 just for lunch, so it's not a very cheap option. In general, I think the gaming here sucks. The House of Blues is a good place to see a concert and the Shark Reef is cool and (relative to Vegas) cheap for some fun. The rooms and options trumped the bad gaming for me.
Nice, clean rooms. Nothing flashy at all. I personally had some great blackjack runs here but the dealers range from morose to a lot of fun. Drink service is about average but they don't seem to be actively trying to get you drunk here. The pool area is nice enough but I was there during CityCenter construction and that kinda sucked. Overall, a good property but to me it's just kind of bland. I personally liked themed casinos.
Never stayed here. The gaming is average in my opinion, but I love fast and sit-down dining here. The pizza place in the little village part is really good for a late-night or just quick snack. ESPN Zone is overpriced as far as food goes but I found it very fun. Also, the dueling pianos are pretty cool. If you go during the week, there is no cover.
Just a great, very rowdy place to gamble. Fun atmosphere and who doesn't love having a Burger King very near by for cheap and hopelessly greasy eats at 2 a.m.?
I honestly don't know why I like this place. The 6:5 blackjack rules suck but I have won here and had a good time doing so. I like the way the ceilings are painted here and in the Venetian mall. The ride up the fake Eiffel tower was expensive but the view is nothing short of awesome. Also had a great dinner at Mon Ami Gabi. Seemed reasonably priced (for Vegas) and we sat outside with a fantastic view of the strip and Bellagio fountains.
I like the blackjack here and that this place has to try harder because of its location. I've never felt like a king here, but the pit bosses and dealers make me feel like they're happy to have my business. The dinner buffet was average at best but it was $6.99 with a Sahara player's club card and there was roast beef and fried shrimp and drinks included, which felt like a pretty good deal. The only detractor is the location but the monorail is connected to it. Also, Speed: The Ride is worth it. Short ride but very fast and thrilling, especially when buzzed from downing Jack and Coke at the tables beforehand. I stayed here in July 2009 for two comped nights. The casino was depressing to be honest but my room was clean, if not pretty basic. I'm definitely not complaining, was out there for four days and luckily didn't have to pay for a hotel room, so saved $150-300 to go do other stuff. I have heard that the place is falling apart but based on my past experience, I would be willing to stay here again.
This is the one casino I have yet to stay at but want to. It really is next on my list, just want to find a good deal on a room. Sometimes places just give off a good vibe and that is how it is for me here.
They had double-deck blackjack that paid 3 to 2 for $5 a hand with good rules when I played there in July 2008. That is the main reason I like this place. It feels like a classic. To bad I will never get the chance to stay here, but such is life.
First and foremost, the gaming is kind of ridiculous here. Sure, they pay 3:2 on blackjack but I've been here when it was dead and the minimums were $10. I will play at that rate or even a little higher, but don't like being forced to at a dead casino in a location that isn't that great. I stayed at a room here for a night or two, can't remember. The one thing that bothered me is I went during a dead time of the year and you could tell the hotel wasn't anywhere near full occupancy but they refused to let me check in early and actually ended up checking me in late. Maybe they treated me this way because I got the room on priceline but still doesn't ingratiate them toward me. The room was small and clean, actually a little cramped with the stuff they tried to pack in there in my opinion. My overall experience wasn't terrible but they'd probably have to comp me or offer $30 rooms for me to stay here again.
