Things are changing as fast in Las Vegas as in any city in the world and there is no end in sight. It will be heating up if anything with City Center, Echelon, Fountainbleu, Sands Expo expansion etc.
Las Vegas is the easiest place to get to know people fast. It can be crazy ( some or all the time ) but that how New York can be too.
