Trippies 2013

Trippers! We are super excited to announce the kick off of Trippies season... that time of year when we bump all of our heads together in the hopes of finalizing the decisions of what exactly is The Best and Worst of Las Vegas. All the posts, comments, topics, ratings, polls and discussion boil down to this... whittling down everything there is in Las Vegas into piles of Best and Worst.

Y'all know the drill. You nominate, we count, the top five in each category go heads up against each other in the final voting in December. In January 2013, we announce the winners in a kick ass live webcast (yes, it IS happening this year.) New year, new stuff, new outlook, new winners, new losers, new invective and new discussions.

Oh and in response to the massive public outcry last year, we've decided to reinstate Five Hundy By Midnight to the active voting for the "Podcast" category. They retain their Hall of Fame Status, but are BACK in the running for votes.... cue Michael's Godfather III howl.

So, without further adoodoo - The Trippies 2013!

Sweet action! Question though: Why's my favorite to win worst overall on the strip, Circus Circus (aka Circle Jerkus), not one of the choices there?

Circus Circus has won the "worst" categories so many times that they are ineligible for any of the "worst" categories until they win a "best" category.

One thing to note, this is the last opportunity to vote for the Imperial Palace in the worst categories.....
