No this isn't a commercial, but it probably could be... or perhaps the antithesis of the "conquer the world bravado with Bellagio in the background" which marketers, vodka and otherwise, love to paint on their products.

What it is is a very haunting, sexy, serene and gritty film noir treatment of a winters day on the Las Vegas Strip by Dave Chen. Great camera work, spooky soundtrack spread on a generous slice of slow motion Vegas sleaze.
