Poor Wayne Fucking Newton. Between bankruptcy, IRS indebtedness, not paying his helicopter pilot, MGM garnishing his wages, Stardust closing, his reality tv show being cancelled, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan ending and now his mansion being put up for sale... poor Wayne just can't catch a break.

There is a silver lining. Tearing a page from the 'How To Fuck Up A Real Estate Deal For Dummies... REAL FUCKING DUMMIES" Wayne has managed (!?) to tangle up his estate in a myriad of other cross agreements and deals with sub entities internal and external that have varying rights to do various things on the various outcroppings or fields on his large parcel. Sorta like a short sale within a short sale filled with three short sales each level of which which has 15 parties of ownership with separate rules and sub contracts.

You're really got to hand it to Wayne. He sincerely, truly knows how to fuck shit up.

Good luck Waynster! We're still waiting for you to grant us an interview. We'll buy you some tacos.
