Truth In Advertising Dept: Craps at Luxor
The latest edition of our Truth In Advertising series comes via Luxor's Facebook page wherein they've beamed this lovely photo to 253,246 fans, of whom 1,006 "Like" it.
Within, we see an array of gamblers representing the five food groups of racial and ethnic diversity - finely bedecked and coiffed - hunched over a craps table as a lens flare universe sparkles in wonderment.
The player is scooping in (or pushing out) a mountain of red, white and green chips.... from a huge field bet?. Wouldn't the stick/boxman color up at least part of that stack? Frankly, I'm surprised she won anything as nobody has a bet on the pass line. It certainly wasn't a place or come bet on 9 or 10 as they - along with the one rolls, c&e and hardways have all been photoshopped off of the felt.
Big thanks to VT reader LAVegasphile for the tip!
