Occasional past, present and future Jane's Addiction vocalist, DJ, Lollapalooza creator and general weirdo Perry Farrell has told Rolling Stone that he is planning to bring a new, Electronic Dance Music musical entitled Kind Heaven to a Las Vegas theater sometime in the next few years.
It's a musical, but it's written with a house sensibility. If Giorgio Moroder had written a musical, it would sound like this."
Giorgio Moroder is known for
designing the cardigan MikeE was wearing during this years Trippies webcast writing many film scores including Chariots of Fire and Scarface.
Farrell tells Rolling Stone that Kind Heaven, a love story set in modern Thailand is a sex drugs and EDM story that won't be traditional theater, instead a performance art installation where attendees will walk through and into the production. Something that pairs perfectly with the interactive premise behind Cosmopolitan's brand new Rose, Rabbit, Lie nightlife exploration.
No timeline or location for Kind Heaven has been announced yet. Should Rose Rabbit Lie prove successful, it goes without saying that the idea will be replicated everywhere.
