Bellagio has replaced their table felts.... holy craps!

bellagio felts

These new felts perfectly match the 2011 'bluelaggio' hotel room renovations (aka 'The Souvlaki Palace'.) Perhaps this is a sign of things to come?

Thanks to JohnH for the photo.

Sharp! I see the new editions have the All Tall, etc. side bet as well.

Are the All and Tall bets basically variations of a Fire bet? I'm out of the loop, apparently.

The photo oddly reminds me of an older James Bond movie... are european gaming tables generally blue felt?

The All Tall/Small prop bet requires that the shooter roll 8-12 before rolling a 7 (All Tall), or 2-6 before rolling a 7 (All Small). Those payouts are something like 37:1 each. Roll every other number before a 7 and you've hit the biggest of the three side bets...175:1 or something. My playoffs are probably wrong just because I'm going from memory.

Fire Bet pays if the shooter hits at least 4 different point numbers. The "cousin" to that side bet is the Sharpshooter Bet, which pays according to the number of points made regardless of whether they are unique or not.

I don't hate it, but I didn't realize how much I liked the tan (or whatever brownish color) felts from before.

The felt on the Bellagio craps tables before had the All-Tall-and-Small bet.

I was at a table back in fall and a guy was betting $100 bets on each. I know other casinos limit to $50 on each.

Last March (last visit to Bellagio for me), not all of the tables had the ATS props on them. Must be that profitable to make it through the redesign.

The tan felts fit in much better. Another incremental change towards de-theming. The Bellagio casino floor will soon be just like the Mirage.

I'm #TeamTan, but with the lake out front, I understand why Bellagio switched to #TeamBlue.
