The Abbey Gaming Salon at The Cromwell

The Cromwell will feature a branded Private Gaming salon called The Abbey. The Abbey will feature three gaming tables surrounded by plush seating for your entourage. Should you and your posse wish to keep prying eyes from seeing how rusty your basic strategy is, The Abbey's gaming tables can be curtained off from view.

Yes folks, the casino cabana, a revolutionary, yet failed, idea that made its public debut when the The Cosmopolitan opened has been reborn! With Cosmopolitan expanding Bond and tearing out a lot of the cabana fixtures, they've given up on the idea after three years of trying.

Will Caesars Entertainment have better using curtains to enticing high rollers into feeling special enough to plop banana chips into the betting circle? I have my doubts, but by branding this area with a name "The Abbey", they've already made it a destination, a meeting place, a place to see or be seen, a place to get kicked out of for unloading some ReddiWhip on the pit boss. #VT10. Art doesn't exist until you put a frame around it. The Abbey, the name, is the frame.

The real question is whether we can get some Orval on tap? It would be sarcilege if we couldn't.
