Last week, foodie magazine Bon Appetit assembled Las Vegas' greatest chefs in their annual Vegas Uncork'd event, which we lovingly call the Food Porn Convention.

They've assembled a(n unlucky) 13 item slideshow of The Best Things We Ate In Las Vegas..... lets get greasy! Here's Tomahawk steaks from Carnevino, Poached egg brunch at Sage, Massive Burger at B&B Burger & Beer, Braised beef cheek at Bouchon, Cannoli at Buddy V's, Halibut tail at DB Brasserie, Caviar at Robuchon, Duck Bao at the Night Market, Poolside pig roast at MGM Grand, Eggplant at Mesa Grill, Fresh made Tofu at Raku and Sushi at BarMasa.

What, no burritos from Carlos N Charlies? Or what about that artisan watah watah one dollah? Or items from Vegas' best kept secret menu... hallway snacking! cherry picking the good stuff from abandoned room service carts.

Big thanks to VT superfriend MeltYrselfDown for the tip!
