Investors in Caesars Entertainment's House of Cards have begun circling in the water, filing a notice of default against the company, part of a larger protest about Caesars' shell game of holding corporations and hiding of debt. Who will get eaten first, Loveman or the sharks? Either way, it's gonna get bloody.
