We really don't care about Vegas celebrity stuff, but some of this stuff is amusing so you might...

Britney Spears has been hired to host the opening of LAX a new club at LuXor, that will be opening on August 31. You may remember Ms. Spears hosted a New Years Eve party at Pure in December and promptly passed out and left the joint. Her marquee is obviously diminishing if she's pegged to open a club at LuXor, despite MGMMirage's PR campaign to make the place "hip."

In other fresh from rehab to Vegas news, Lindsay Lohan celebrated her release from rehab by partying at Pure night club. No she didn't get wasted, she was wearing an alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet (designed by Gucci?). She did knock back a ton of Red Bull though. Evidently she hooked up with Criss Angel too.

Silicon former hottie Jenny McCarthy will be the first celebrity Playboy Bunny dealer at the Palms Playboy Club. She's going to put on the bunny suit (including the ears and puffy tail!) and will deal live blackjack on August 4, 2007. In related news Richard Simmons will be a slot hostess at Hooters on the same night... orange pants and all.
