Joey Bishop, Last Surviving Member of the Rat Pack, Dies at 89
The last surviving member of the famed Rat Pack, Joey Bishop, has died.
Bishop, the goofball comedian, known for his deadpan delivery on countless films and television shows, died this morning at his Newport Beach, CA home. Together with Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr., and Peter Lawford, Bishop was part of the legendary Rat Pack who's rollicking performances in Las Vegas during the 1960s turned the dusty desert gambling town into a full blown entertainment destination.
Thank you Joey for the millions of laughs and playing such a pivotal role in making Las Vegas what it is today. You will be missed!

It be nice to think of them altogether again swapping stories, singing and laughing again as they were back in the day.
