The New Rooms at Aria Las Vegas
I can hear my mother's thick Brooklyn accent as clear as day... saying to me "Chah-lee, sometimes you just don't apply yourself. You can do anything you put ya mind to." Barely two hours go by where I don't think about what she said to me, a full seven years since she went to the big casino in the sky.
I apply myself ma. See?
I've been gently, yet repeatedly asking our contacts in the MGM Mirage PR department to bestow the honor of premiering photos, descriptions and renderings of the new rooms at Aria for all the world to see. They seemed to be willing to throw a small bone of information our way.
Allow me to present to you the new rooms at Aria Las Vegas, designed by chain store retailer J.C. Penney.

Frosty white.

No. These are not the rooms at Aria. We don't have any pics or information about them. Apparently the folks who decide who get such information think that people actually read the Los Angeles Times travel section more than VT (*sarcasm*). As a result, the LAT has pics and info about the rooms at Aria and we're got the 1975 JC Penney Catalog... who just might be responsible for the room designs at Billbary's Coast and Gambling Casino Hall.

Uh... can you say "bland"??
It looks like your average higher-end Hyatt.
At least the JC Penny photos showed some originality.
supremely underwhelming, even with all the gadgets and gizmos.
the fur rocks! esp. the drapes.
