A quick little update to draw southern California VT readers to a new review we posted over on our 'Casinos Everywhere' website FeltJungle.com, MikeE's review of Agua Caliente Casino Resort and Spa in Rancho Mirage (near Palm Springs).

Mike headed out there a few days ago and brought back an excellent report with tons of room photos, a great high level overview of the joint and an incredibly well narrated video walkthrough.

As someone who has been to a chunk of the So Cal casinos he references, this particular passage speaks volumes:

Agua Caliente might be the least "shadiest" of the southern California casinos. If you've ever been to Morongo on a Friday night, you know what I mean.

Ain't that the truth.

feltjungle is pretty stinkin cool. one of these days i may get desperate enough to hit up wisconsin dells and dubuque. which is to say not likely. they'd probably be at the very bottom end of felt jungle anyhow...
