This year, Wynn Las Vegas management changed their policies about tip pooling amongst dealers and casino floor management. As a result of their new income mathematics, the dealers ended up taking a pay cut, but it opened the doors for many of them to move off the tables into management positions (that, with new pooling policies actually had a decent income). As a result of this, the dealers have decided to unionize at Wynn Las Vegas. While we have no opinion on the tip pooling changes or the dealers choice to unionize, we do believe that the people, together, will not be defeated. Kinda like the readers of VegasTripping... when we all share information about good and bad experiences in Las Vegas, we all win. To the dealers at Wynn Las Vegas... this bud is for you. Remember to pass the dutchie to the left hand side.
