The readers of VegasTripping have voted Excalibur's poker room as the worst in Las Vegas. The Excalibur poker room has undergone many changes over the last few years, dumping dealers for electronic tables then bringing the tables back. The room is sorta ugly, just like the rest of Excalibur, but skilled poker players can grind out a profit from the hometown heroes trying their luck. Also, no food service, no wifi and the parking lot is really far away.
The Trippies are dedicated to the memory of Dr. Hunter S. Thompson, our inspiration, advisor and friend."We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half-full of cocaine, and a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers... and also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls. Not that we needed all this for the trip, but once you get locked in a serious drug collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can."
