The question isn't 'why is Excalbur's spa the worst' but instead 'if you're going to drop a coupla hundred bucks on spa treatments, why in the world are you staying at Excalibur?
Overpriced and under qualified, the Spa at Excalibur is out of step with the market offerings and pricing themselves into the middle ages.
